01

Using BrandBook

CodeArc.studio gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BrandBook on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.

You may use BrandBook for personal or commercial brand-management work. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.

02

Your files and content

You keep ownership of the logos, files, writing, colors, and other content you place in BrandBook. Using the app does not give CodeArc.studio ownership of your work.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, organize, copy, and export that content.

03

Backups and file safety

BrandBook is a creative organization tool, not a backup service. Keep independent backups of important brand files and exported packages.

You are responsible for reviewing imports, exports, file locations, and deletion choices. BrandBook may ask for confirmation before destructive actions, but that setting can be changed.

04

Purchases and availability

If BrandBook is sold through the Mac App Store or another authorized seller, purchases, billing, and refunds are also subject to that seller’s rules and your local consumer rights.

We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of BrandBook. We do not promise that every feature will remain available forever or work with every future macOS release.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use BrandBook to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute harmful software, bypass security, or interfere with the app’s operation. Do not use BrandBook with content you do not have the right to possess or reproduce.

06

Third-party services

BrandBook works with macOS features such as Finder, Spotlight, notifications, and login items. Those features are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and settings. Links you choose to save or open may lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.

07

No warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BrandBook is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file, or that the app will meet every requirement. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

08

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CodeArc.studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from BrandBook. Our total responsibility for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for BrandBook during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

09

Mac App Store terms

If you download BrandBook from the Mac App Store, these terms are between you and CodeArc.studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the license terms that apply to them as third-party beneficiaries.

10

Ending use and updates

You may stop using BrandBook at any time. Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. Sections about ownership, responsibility, warranties, and liability continue after the license ends.

We may update these terms as BrandBook changes. Continued use after new terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
